BreadHaus Brings Organic Artisan Bread to West Frisco
A second neighborhood bakery puts fresh sourdough closer to Little Elm and Prosper

Fresh from the oven, a new neighborhood destination has arrived in west Frisco. BreadHaus, the European-style artisan bakery that began serving North Texas in Grapevine in 1996, opened its second location in summer 2026 at 1606 FM 423, Suite 400, in the Main Marketplace shopping center just south of King Road.
For families in Little Elm, The Colony, Prosper and west Frisco, the opening means a shorter trip for naturally leavened breads and pastries that previously meant heading to Grapevine. The shop offers convenient storefront parking and fresh baking each morning.
What makes the bread different?
BreadHaus says it uses 100% organic flour and a live sourdough starter, allowing its bread to ferment for 24 to 72 hours instead of relying on commercial yeast. Its recipes avoid preservatives, dough conditioners and artificial additives. The selection includes country sourdough, German rye, brötchen rolls, hand-rolled Bavarian pretzels, cookies, cakes and European pastries.
A bakery for more than the morning bread run
Along with walk-in shopping and advance pickup orders, the Frisco bakery offers catering for celebrations and office gatherings, plus wholesale bread for local restaurants and cafés. Because small-batch favorites may sell out, ordering ahead or arriving early is a smart move.
