McKinney’s Inflatable Turkey Hunt Returns November 1
McKinney’s inflatable turkey map returns November 1 with a family hunt, registration magnets and a new 25-foot Mitchell Park display.

McKinney’s Inflatable Turkey Map returns November 1, turning neighborhood displays into a free seasonal scavenger hunt for families and visitors.
Visit McKinney says last year’s map featured more than 400 inflatable turkeys across the city.
How to join the hunt
The 2026 map will appear in the McKinney TX! app on November 1.
Families can use it to find registered displays while exploring different parts of the city.
Residents can register a new inflatable, give it a name and add a short backstory.
Returning participants can use the Inflatable Turkey Lookup tool to confirm whether last year’s turkey will return.
A giant new photo stop
Beginning November 2, a 25-foot inflatable turkey and monument sign will be displayed at Mitchell Park.
Visit McKinney presents it as a photo stop that families can add to their turkey-hunting route.
A registration thank-you
Starting November 3, households that register an inflatable within McKinney city limits can pick up one Inflatable Turkey Club magnet at Visit McKinney, 200 W. Virginia St., while supplies last.
Participants should check current office hours before visiting.
