INDIVIDUAL CHAMPION | Detective Jerry Crumley, Celina From New Officer to Two-Time Honoree: Jerry Crumley's Celina Story The Celina Police Department welcomed Jerry Crumley as one of four newly sworn-in officers on June 21, 2023. The department later recognized Detective Crumley as one of three recipients of its 2024 Servant Leadership Awards, celebrating dedication, humility and service. Celina's Life Connected magazine also identifies him as the department's 2025 Officer of the Year. Those honors mark a noteworthy progression within less than three years of his Celina swearing-in; the 2023 announcement does not establish his total previous law-enforcement experience. Sources: Celina Police Department swearing-in announcement (June 21, 2023) · Celina Police Department Servant Leadership Awards recognition (department social-media post) · City of Celina, Life Connected magazine. ORGANIZATION CHAMPION | Aubrey Municipal Development District A strong hometown needs room for local ideas to grow.
